Christmas Community Blessings is about providing opportunities for people to help those in our communities who need it most. We welcome you to join our endeavors aimed at making the world a better place one Christmas at a time. Who We Are and
What We Do
Inspired by a life-changing event, Christmas Community Blessings was started November 2015 in Sherwood Park, AB. Beginning with just a few local moms putting together new pajama gifts for local kids in need. Now over the years, we have become a trusted and effective charitable group of over 200 active sponsors and volunteers from Sherwood Park and Edmonton, working hard to bless the lives of those who are in need. Reaching not only families in Sherwood Park, additionally some in Edmonton and surrounding rural communities. We aim to share love and support at Christmas time with families and individuals who are experiencing various difficult situations.
Christmas Community Blessings provides each family member with personalized gifts that match their current needs. Children receive clothing, a book and toy gift each and recipients are given a food bin consisting of items for Christmas Eve treats, Christmas morning breakfast and Christmas dinner with all the fixings. We are so thankful for the support of our community and the wonderful people who make this possible every year!

From the start, we’ve worked hard create a safe place for people like yourself to get involved. Every contribution goes toward blessing those in our communities, so if you’re looking to sponsor, contribute a donation or your time, please feel free to get in touch.
Currently we are also raising funds to start the process on becoming a registered charity.
How to apply or nominate for a Christmas Blessing.
We need help or I know someone who needs help.
Since our foundation, Christmas Community Blessings has been working to help alleviate hardships faced by people and families in and around our nearby communities. Many of these hardships are intensified during Christmas season. If you find yourself or know someone experiencing hardships, you can certainly apply or nominate for help here.
